Here at BBA we aim to place care staff close to client calls so to minimize traveling and ensure care staff can get to calls in a timely manner and in exceptionally bad weather. As a result we aim to offer home care support services in the client’s own language, with carers, wherever possible who share similar or the same beliefs. Our personnel speak: Swedish, Somali, Urdu, and many other languages.
We will do our best to match carers as closely with our clients as possible and ensure that every effort is made to ensure the same carer attends the same client unless there are exceptional circumstances where this is not possible.
We will deliver person centered care and support which puts the individual very much at the heart of all we do and ensure they are consulted, given choices and included in making decisions about their care and services available.
We aim to provide a quality service to individuals by making them feel safe, secure and cared for by specially trained professional and dedicated team of carers.
